MinoAI Frontier

Use MinoAI’s hook research, video analysis and editing workflow inside Claude and ChatGPT.

  1. Overview

    MinoAI Frontier connects Claude and ChatGPT to MinoAI, so you can research hooks, review reels, script and edit short-form video without leaving the chat. It gives your assistant MinoAI’s library of proven viral hooks, frame-level analysis of public TikTok and Instagram videos, Mino’s coaching library, and the editing rulebook and Viral Edit Kit behind his videos.

    You need:

    • An active MinoAI Frontier membership on your MinoAI account.
    • Claude (web, desktop, mobile or Claude Code) or ChatGPT.
    • For rendering edits only: Claude Code on a Mac with Apple silicon and macOS 14 or newer. Every other tool works in any chat.

  2. Connect in Claude

    1. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and find MinoAI Frontier in the directory. If it isn’t listed for you yet, choose Add custom connector, name it MinoAI Frontier and paste https://app.contentacademy.io/api/mcp.
    2. Select Connect, sign in with Whop or Discord, and select Allow connection.
    3. In a chat, open + → Connectors, switch on MinoAI Frontier, and ask for hooks or paste a video link.

    Claude Code

    Then start Claude Code, run /mcp, choose minoai-frontier, select Authenticate and sign in in the browser window that opens.

  3. Connect in ChatGPT

    1. In ChatGPT, open the plugin directory and find MinoAI Frontier, then select Connect.
    2. Sign in with Whop or Discord and select Allow connection.
    3. In a chat, select + and choose MinoAI Frontier, then ask for hooks or paste a video link.

    If it isn’t listed for you yet: turn on Developer mode under Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings, select Create, name it MinoAI Frontier, paste https://app.contentacademy.io/api/mcp and choose OAuth. Developer mode isn’t available on every plan, and on Business and Enterprise a workspace admin may need to turn it on.

    ChatGPT can use every research tool. Rendering an edit needs Claude Code on a Mac, so in ChatGPT the editing tools plan an edit rather than render it.

  4. Sign-in and permissions

    You sign in with OAuth 2.0 on a MinoAI page, using Sign in with Whop or Sign in with Discord. You never paste a password or API key into Claude or ChatGPT. The approval screen shows which account you’re signed in as, with an option to use a different one.

    What the connector can access:

    • Your MinoAI account, to confirm your MinoAI Frontier membership.
    • The TikTok and Instagram accounts you linked in MinoAI, for your own stats.
    • Your saved edit style, and the coaching material your membership includes.

    Every tool is read-only. MinoAI Frontier never posts, schedules, edits or deletes anything on your social accounts or in your MinoAI account, and it doesn’t read your chat history.

    Disconnecting: remove MinoAI Frontier in your Claude or ChatGPT connector settings, or end the connection from the Connect page in your MinoAI dashboard. It stops working on the next request. Access also ends when your MinoAI Frontier membership ends. Sign-in tokens last 15 minutes and are renewed automatically; an unused connection expires after 30 days.

  5. Tools

    MinoAI Frontier has 14 tools, and all of them are read-only: they return data, files or links and change nothing in your accounts. Your assistant picks the right tool from what you ask.

    Research, analysis and coaching

    These tools serve the editing workflow. They render video only in Claude Code on your Mac; anywhere else they help plan the edit.

  7. Limitations

    • Video tools work with public TikTok videos and Instagram Reels only. Private, deleted or region-locked videos, and uploaded files, can’t be analysed.
    • A hook analysis takes 15 to 35 seconds.
    • Stats show only what the platform makes public. A missing number is left out rather than estimated, and follower counts aren’t always available.
    • Rendering edits needs Claude Code on a Mac with Apple silicon and macOS 14 or newer. In claude.ai chat, the mobile apps and ChatGPT, editing tools plan the edit only.
    • Each account can make up to 30 tool calls a minute.
    • MinoAI Frontier can’t post, schedule or delete content, or change any account.

  8. Troubleshooting

    Provide a public HTTPS TikTok or Instagram link.Video tools only accept public TikTok and Instagram links. Copy the link from the app’s Share menu and check the video isn’t private.
    An active MinoAI Frontier membership is required.The account you signed in with doesn’t have MinoAI Frontier. Disconnect, then sign in again with the account that has it.
    Too many requests. Please retry in a minute.You reached the per-minute limit. Wait a minute and ask again.
    This request is already running.The same request is still in progress, usually a video analysis. Wait a few seconds and retry.
    MinoAI could not complete this request.Something failed on our side or the video couldn’t be fetched. Try again later; if it keeps happening, email us with the time and the video link.

  9. Data and privacy

    MinoAI Frontier uses only what it needs to answer your request and never sells your data. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

    • What we receive: the tool your assistant calls and the inputs it sends, such as a search phrase, a video link or a handle. We don’t receive your conversation.
    • What we keep: for each tool call, the tool name, timing and whether it succeeded. Results of video tools are held briefly so a repeated request isn’t run twice. When a video analysis fails, we keep the video link with the error so we can fix it. Sign-in credentials are stored only as hashes.
    • Who processes it: Whop and Discord for sign-in, our hosting, database and file-storage providers, the service that fetches public video data, and AI model providers, including Google’s Gemini API, which analyses the public videos you send.
    • Your choices: disconnect at any time, and email support@contentacademy.io to access, export or delete your data.
